Tenant Membership Enrolling

Step #1:
Create a MindBody profile to become a Fitness Centre member. (Already have a MindBody Account? Click the login link so you can join The Fitness Centre Group.)

To create a new MindBody account, click on this profile form link and follow the instructions on below;

  • Enter your email address and personal information to create your account.
  • Once your account is created and you’re signed in, select the “Membership and Online Store” top on the top right corner of the screen. Follow the blue prompts to finish your membership enrollment. 
  • When you are done, you should see a ⓜsymbol next to your name at the top of the screen. Don’t see it? This means your registration isn’t complete and you won’t be able to check-in or sign-up for group classes.

Step #2:
Now, it’s time to take a tour of the gym and activate your FOB. To do so, please stop by the Fitness Centre Mon-Fri,  from 2-3 PM to meet with an Xtend Fitness Team Member. To access the 3rd floor, please ask a member of the Courtesy Desk for assistance. 

During that time, we will activate your key fob, provide a tour of the gym and answer any questions you may have! The process only takes 5-10 minutes.

If you are unable to stop by during that time frame, please email us to schedule a tour for a more convenient time.  at clublevelfitness@xtendfitness.com.

to set up a time to get your FOB activated into the MindBody system. This will be the same FOB you use to access the third floor, the Fitness Centre, and check in to the MindBody system, located at the front door of the Fitness Centre.

Step #3:
Start enjoying your Club Level Fitness Centre Access!

Fitness Centre Lockers

Fitness Centre Members have access to gym lockers to securely store their belongings while they enjoy the fitness facilities.

  • Members will use a 4-digit code (of their choice) to lock and unlock their lockers.
  • To lock: Simply hit the “key” button, enter your 4-digit code, and hit the “key” button again.
  • You’ll use this same code to lock AND unlock the lockers.
  • Once you have unlocked the locker, it will be cleared and ready for the next member to use.*
  • If you have any questions, please call or email the Fitness Centre at 210-306-4225 or clublevelfitness@xtendfitness.com to schedule an appointment and learn more. The Fitness Centre staff is eager to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals!

*Please do not leave anything overnight in the lockers. It will be removed and relocated to the Courtesy Desk – Lost and Found.

Fitness Centre Rules & Policies

Courtesy Policy

  • Cell phones are prohibited in locker rooms. Cell phones are only permitted in the main lobby area.
  • Please report defective equipment or any other issues to the Fitness Centre staff immediately.
  • Refrain from bouncing or slamming weights and other gym equipment.
  • Weights cannot be left on the floor or leaned against walls, mirrors, or machines at any time. Please re-rack them after use.
  • Please refrain from profanity, loud grunts, loud talking, and sing-alongs while you’re using the gym.
  • Be aware that inappropriate behavior will be handled at the discretion of the Fitness Centre management.
  • Foods and beverages (with the exception of water) are not allowed in the Fitness Centre. Water must be in a container with a secure top.
  • Please be courteous when using gym equipment. Don’t occupy equipment by resting excessively on it between sets.
  • Please limit your time on the cardio equipment to 30 minutes during peak time. These limits are especially important when others are waiting to use the equipment. Do not hover around machines as it distracts others working out.
  • Please be on time for scheduled classes to ensure adequate time for warming up and for the consideration of the instructor and other participants.

Health Protocols

  • Disinfect any equipment before and after use, including exercise machines and free weights.

Non-Staffed Hours Policies

  • Members must check-in using the MindBody Kiosk system during all hours.
  • If you do not have your FOB during non-staffed hours, you will NOT be granted access to the Fitness Centre.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO GUESTS, including children, spouses, other family members, etc., are allowed in the Fitness Centre. This also includes employees who are not current members of the Fitness Centre.

Dress Code

  • Proper athletic attire is required in the fitness centre. 
  • Shirts must be worn at all times.
  • Abrasive materials (denim, zippers, buttons, rivets) are prohibited as they can damage gym equipment.
  • Members must wear closed-toe/heel athletic shoes. Socks without shoes and/or sandals are not acceptable.

Professionally managed by Xtend Fitness, their team will be onsite Monday through Friday, to assist with any fitness, nutrition or personal training questions members may have. Their hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and they can be reached by telephone at 210-306-4225 or email by clicking here!
