Today, the Weston Centre got some more good news on the leasing front.
National law firm Chamberlain Hrdlicka has extended its lease at Weston Centre to 2025 and will expand its operations to take a majority of the building’s 14th floor. After the expansion, the firm will occupy 10,125 square feet at Weston Centre.
Bradley Fulkerson and Larry Mendez with Transwestern represented Chamberlain Hrdlicka in the transaction while Hayley Ruggles and David Heldof Endura Advisory Group represented the San Antonio-based landlord, Santa Clara Land Company, Ltd. in the transaction. Tara Mitchell of Insite Architects will be the lead architect for the office’s expansion and renovation.
“Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with Weston Centre,” said Chad Muller, shareholder in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s San Antonio office, in a statement. “Our decision to remain in this iconic building located on the city’s renowned Riverwalk, coupled with our investment to renovate and expand our office space, reflects Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s excitement and dedication to our continued grow in San Antonio.”
Since January 2016, the firm has more than tripled its footprint in San Antonio, growing from five to 15 attorneys.
“Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s re-commitment to Weston Centre is an affirmation of both the strength of Downtown San Antonio and the Weston family’s continuous improvements to this building in the heart of the city,” said Larry Mendez, executive managing director of Transwestern’s San Antonio office, in a statement. “With a number of new attorneys joining the firm, and after considering several other options to accommodate growth, Chamberlain Hrdlicka chose to expand and extend their commitment in Weston Centre.”
Along with its office at Weston Centre, Chamberlain Hrdlicka also has offices in Atlanta, Houston and Philadelphia.
