How it Works
This is a points-based challenge where the Male and Female participant with the most points at the end of the 5 weeks wins.
How to calculate your points: Weight Loss / (Original Body Weight x 0.01)
— 1% Weight Loss = 1 pt.
— ½ % Decrease in Body Fat = 1 pt.
— Group class participation = 1pt. per classes attended
— Initial Weigh-In: Monday, July 12th from 8 am – 11 am.
— Final Weight-Out: Friday, August 6th.
