Designated Smoking Areas

Under Section 36-3 of the City Ordinances, Weston Centre is considered a “non-smoking” building, therefore, no smoking is allowed in the common areas, restrooms, or stairwells. This also includes the covered walkway areas at the entrances on Pecan/Soledad, back plaza entrance area and the garage landings.

Smoking is permitted in the following areas:
— Back Plaza (Riverside)
— East side of the building (Area past the Pecan Lower Garage exit)
When finished, please properly dispose of used cigarettes by placing them in the nearest receptacle.
