The Club Level, which is on the third floor, is over 8,000 square feet which now houses a conference room and a brand new health club, available to all employees who work in the downtown high-rise.
The new conference room can accommodate up to 50 people and will include technology like AirMedia, which allows for wireless presentations, and will have functionality with apps like Get A Room, which allows tenants to reserve the room and have it set up as they wish.
When tenants are finished with work, they can make their way next door to the new health club. The 7,046 square-foot space is packed with new workout equipment, spa-style bathrooms and a separate studio where the on-site manager and trainer, Daniel Lopez, will hold various group classes each weekday, ranging from yoga to spin. For those wanting some fresh air, the health club connects to a third floor balcony which overlooks downtown.
For the roughly 1,075 employees who work at the Weston Centre, the health club will be available to them seven days a week and 24 hours a day.
“I’ve been here 24 years and this has been one of the biggest requests we’ve had over the years, and we decided it was just time,” said Tammy Cunningham, the vice president of Weston Properties.
