When our management team set out to improve the visual and functional elements of the Front Plaza, they did so with a very specific goal in mind: to create a more inviting, accommodating, and functional space for private and public use.
San Antonio’s Premier Commercial Office Space
Since it was first built in 1988, Weston Centre has been a coveted spot for commercial office space in San Antonio. Now, more than 30 years later, the building has become an icon in downtown San Antonio. Not to mention, at 498,136 square feet and 32 stories, the Weston Centre is the tallest office building in the city.
What makes Weston Centre so appealing? Maybe it’s the dramatic grand lobby, the nine-foot ceilings, or the abundant natural light. Perhaps it’s the 60’ mosaic of the San Antonio Riverwalk made out of hand-glazed tiles located in the Main Lobby, the tegular ceiling tile system, or the newly renovated Upper Parking Garage with beautiful LED lighting. We like to think it’s all of these elements (and more) combined to reflect a level of attention to detail rarely found in other properties.

As a Weston Centre tenant, you’ll have access to incomparable amenities, from restaurants and cafés, on-site dry cleaning pickup and delivery, car washing, BBVA banking, and much more. Included in the club-level amenities are other exciting features like a rooftop terrace, state of the art conference centre and a modern, high-end gym. At the same time, you’re just steps away from some of San Antonio’s best shopping, dining, and hotels all located on the Riverwalk.
Reimagining the Front Plaza
From the moment you set foot on the property, you’ll notice how much thought and attention has gone into every detail. And now, we would like to get your input to continue making this space as beautiful, accommodating, and functional as possible.
The Front Plaza has long been known as an area to gather for some fresh air during the busy workday, grab lunch from the food trucks on Wednesdays, as well as serving as the main entrance to Weston Centre. But now, we have plans to make the space even more functional and accommodating so Weston tenants, along with other professionals and the general public, can also fully utilize the space and the activities it will offer.
Our goal with this space activation is to reimagine the Front Plaza and include all of the features you’d hope for in an outdoor space, and create a much needed functioning green space in an otherwise urban area. This expanded outdoor space will be our newest building Amenity serving as an area for work and play.

Our team is very much committed to hearing from Weston Centre tenants along with the public about their visions for the design and function of this space.
