"We had an incident on Wednesday in which we needed to call EMS because an attorney's daughter passed out while in our offices (thankfully she's fine). And, of course, it would be on a day I wasn't in the office. Security was called and Morris immediately stepped up, escorted EMS quickly to our space and waited so he could escort them back out of the building. I know it's part of their job and a standard routine in such situations but the attorney and I are very grateful for his quick action and show of genuine concern. I know the attorney has already personally thanked Morris and I did as well but I felt you should know how much we appreciated his help. It gives tenants a great sense of comfort to know in an emergency that security knows exactly what to do and does it well."
